Plate from wild clay. The unglazed exterior highlights the strength of the material in its natural state, and the interior glaze in mineral tones, ranging from white to grey, reveals the interaction between the firing and the earth.

The clay is gathered dry and carefully sieved by hand, removing only the largest stones while preserving the fine mineral inclusions that give it its distinctive character. Every stage of the process, from collecting the clay to shaping each piece, is carried out by hand.

Fired at high temperature, this plate is exceptionally durable. Designed for everyday use, the passage of time only enhances its beauty.

Delivery

Shipments are made on working days, and within 3 days after receiving payment.

If the piece does not arrive in good condition, we must be notified within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of the package by email info@caterinaroma.com. It is essential that you send us photographs of both the garment and the packaging, and keep everything until the resolution of the return with the insurance company. The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days.

Exchanges and Returns

Changes and returns are accepted up to a maximum of 7 days after receiving the piece.
Shipping costs in case of exchange or return will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations are not accepted once the shipment has been made.

Please pack the piece carefully, using the same packaging with which you received it, arrange for safe shipping and let us know the tracking number of the package. We recommend contracting the shipment through www.packlink.es. Once the items are received in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded. In no case will the amount related to the shipping costs be returned. Nor can we be held responsible for the loss or breakage of the pieces sent back. However, we undertake to carry out all the necessary procedures so that the insurance returns the amount, if applicable.
