Mako Artigas (Tokyo, 1937) is one of those women who discreetly hide lives that are rich with stories, art and culture. She was an outstanding textile designer in Paris in the seventies and eighties, when her impressive creative power seduced internationally renowned firms producing both prêt-a-porter and haute couture, from Paco Rabanne to Nina Ricci or André Courrèges.
There are drawings using gouache, wax reserves, coloured inks and pastels on paper, and some of them have been transferred using traditional printing techniques such as katazome.
This Japanese paper sheets contain delicate designs of original, geometric and abstract shapes that are widely inspired by nature, art, culture and architecture. As she has said in an interview: nous suivons notre inspiration et l’air du temps.

Delivery
Shipments are made on working days, and within 3 days after receiving payment.
If the piece does not arrive in good condition, we must be notified within a maximum of 2 days from receipt of the package by email info@caterinaroma.com. It is essential that you send us photographs of both the garment and the packaging, and keep everything until the resolution of the return with the insurance company. The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days.
Exchanges and Returns
Changes and returns are accepted up to a maximum of 7 days after receiving the piece.
Shipping costs in case of exchange or return will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations are not accepted once the shipment has been made.
How to return a purchase
If for any reason you wish to return a purchase, please contact us at info@caterinaroma.com
Please pack the piece carefully, using the same packaging with which you received it, arrange for safe shipping and let us know the tracking number of the package. We recommend contracting the shipment through www.packlink.es. Once the items are received in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded. In no case will the amount related to the shipping costs be returned. Nor can we be held responsible for the loss or breakage of the pieces sent back. However, we undertake to carry out all the necessary procedures so that the insurance returns the amount, if applicable.
